Procedura de transmitere a notificărilor comerciale
Transferul de gaze naturale între două portofolii de echilibrare din cadrul zonei de echilibrare a Republicii Moldova se realizează prin transmiterea în adresa EE a unei notificări comerciale, în cursul unei zile gaziere.
O notificare comercială trebuie să conțină cel puțin următoarele informații:
1) ziua gazieră pentru care se efectuează transportul gazelor naturale;
2) codurile de identificare ale ambelor portofolii de echilibrare în cauză;
3) specificarea tipului notificării (de vânzare sau de cumpărare);
4) cantitatea de gaze naturale notificată zilnic.
Notificările comerciale pot fi modificate și retransmise în cursul unei zile gaziere. EE va lua în considerare notificările comerciale pentru o zi gazieră primite până cu 3 ore înainte de sfârșitul zilei gaziere respective.
Cantitatea de gaze naturale notificată zilnic și confirmată se va determina pe baza „Regulii mai mici”, care este luată:
1) cantitatea de gaze naturale notificată zilnic, la care valoarea este aceeași în ambele notificări comerciale corespunzătoare ale PRE; sau
2) cea mai mică cantitate notificată indicată în cele două notificări comerciale corespunzătoare ale PRE;

EE ține evidența tuturor notificărilor comerciale primite, precum și notificărilor comerciale confirmate.
Transmission of commercial notifications
The transfer of natural gas between two balancing portfolios within the balancing area of the Republic of Moldova is carried out by sending a commercial notification to the Balancing entity address, during a gas day.
A commercial notice must contain at least the following information:
1) the gas day when natural gas is transported;
2) the identification codes of both balancing portfolios in question;
3) specifying the type of notification (sale or purchase);
4) the amount of natural gas notified daily.
Commercial notices may be modified and transmitted within a gas day. Balancing entity will consider trade notifications for a gas day received up to 3 hours before the end of that gas day.
The daily notified and confirmed amount of natural gas will be determined based on the "Lesser Rule", which is taken:
1) the amount of natural gas notified daily, the value of which is the same in both corresponding commercial notifications of the BRP; or
2) the lowest notified quantity indicated in the two corresponding commercial notifications of the BRP;

Balancing entity keeps track of all trade notifications received as well as confirmed trade notifications.
