Balancing Contract for information
Requirements for registration as a BRP:
- to have at least one of the supply / distribution / transport licenses;
- to have EIC code;
- to accept the Balancing Contract;
- to submit financial guarantees in accordance with the "Balancing Contract";
- to complete the standard application for requesting registration as a BRP;
- to attach the reference documents:
- copy of the company registration certificate;
- copy of the VAT certificate (in case of VAT paying status);
- copy of ANRE license;
- BRP's contact details.
