EN "Vestmoldtransgaz" S.R.L. is launching a non-binding market demand assessment process for incremental capacity from 04.07.2023. No later than 8 weeks after the completion of the annual auction of firm annual capacity products, but no later than 28 August 2023, Networks Users are invited to submit their non-committal application for incremental capacity, as per the announcement below.
In accordance with the provisions of item 264 of the Natural Gas Networks Code approved by ANRE Decision No 420/2019, the Market Demand Assessment Report shall be published in one or more official languages of the Contracting Party and, if possible in English, on the websites of the TSOs, no later than 16 weeks after the start of the annual auction of annual capacity, at least in each odd-numbered year.

As required by Cap. V, Section 7 of the Natural Gas Networks Code approved by ANRE Decision No. 420/2019, implicitly Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/459 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on capacity allocation mechanisms in gas transmission systems and repealing Regulation (EU) No 984/2013 (CAM NC), "Vestmoldtransgaz" LLC in cooperation with "Gas TSO of Ukraine" is launching a public consultation for the incremental capacity project at the border between the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.
Thus, "Vestmoldtransgaz" LLC. presents for consultations with interested parties the Project Proposal for the Incremental Capacity Project at the border between the gas transmission systems of Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova.

Pursuant to paragraphs 281-282 and 286 of the Natural Gas Networks Code, approved by ANRE Decision No. 420/2019 of 22.11.2019 and the request of "Vestmoldtransgaz" LLC , the Board of Directors of the National Energy Regulatory Agency approved the proposal for the incremental capacity project at the interconnection points between the natural gas transmission systems of the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine
Upon publication of the decisions taken by the relevant national regulatory authorities, by ANRE H. No. 286 of 30.04.2024, in accordance with item 282 and no later than 2 months before the incremental capacity offer in the annual capacity auction, "Vestmoldtransgaz" S.R.L. in agreement with "Gas Tso of Ukraine" publishes:
- General terms and conditions to which network users shall agree in order to obtain access to capacity in the binding phase of capacity allocation of the incremental capacity procedure on the border between Ukraine and the Rebuplic of Moldova (GTSOU).
- General terms and conditions for participation and access to capacity in the binding capacity allocation phase at the interconnection points between Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova (VMTG).
